About The Owner
Before October 2008, I had a varied career, which included stints as a middle school teacher, summer camp director, website and database developer, political coordinator, and learning center director.
Since then, I've been a stay-at-home mom to my daughter Ellie, which has been both more challenging and more rewarding than any position I've held before.
I met Kara, one of the founders of Mom and Baby Naturally, when my partner Kristi and I hired her as our doula for Ellie's birth. She also gave us invaluable breastfeeding support during Ellie's early weeks, and introduced us to the joys of cloth diapering and babywearing.
When I learned that Kara and her mom were planning to close the store, I jumped at the opportunity to help others to access the same great products that we have used, while continuing to be at home fulltime with my daughter.
