Cloth Wipes Work Better than Disposables
Cloth wipes can be washed right along with your diapers, and the fabric actually grips messes better than disposable wipes for fast clean-up of your baby's bottom. A mess that takes 10 disposable wipes can often be solved with just two or three soft and gentle cloth wipes.
Another deciding factor--you control what gets used to moisten your wipes. Instead of a long list of chemicals, you may find that plain water works just fine, or you may choose to mix up a mild wipes solution of your own. Wipes can be pre-moistened in a wipes container, or you can wet the wipe (or the baby) with a spray bottle at each change. (Some babies think this is really funny.) |
